DANCE IMPRO LAB LISBON | Workshop: Sensuality & Control Two things that seem opposite until they meet. Sensuality without control is chaos; control without sensuality is performance. This final session of the month brings them together — teaching you how to move with full intention and full feeling, at the same time. For who: Anyone ready to inhabit their body with intention. People curious about the deeper layers of movement. Those who want to close the month with something that lands. You'll walk away with: A way of moving that's both deliberate and alive — and the confidence to bring that into everything else. Style isn't something you choose from a menu. It emerges from the intersection of how you move, what you feel, and what you've lived. This class is a guided excavation — we help you find what's already there and stop trying to copy everyone else. For who: Dancers who feel technically solid but somehow generic. Beginners who worry they'll never have "a style." Anyone ready to stop comparing. You'll walk away with: A clearer sense of your movement identity — and vocabulary to keep developing it.
