A sound healing & meditation session is a deeply immersive experience that uses vibration and stillness to guide the body and mind into a state of balance. You are invited to lie down comfortably while instruments such as Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes & various instruments create layers of resonant sound that wash over the space and bodies. These frequencies help quiet mental activity, regulate the nervous system, and release physical tension, allowing the mind to drop into a meditative state with ease. As attention shifts inward, breath slows, awareness expands, and a sense of inner clarity and calm begins to emerge. Unlike more active practices, this session requires no effort—only openness—making it accessible to anyone seeking deep rest, emotional reset, and a reconnection to themselves. Even if this is your first time meditating or experiencing Sound Healing, you are welcome. Join us Sunday eve from 6-8pm, at the lovely Agora Studio in Pena. Bring a light fabric or a thick sweatshirt to cover and be at ease. The lights dim, let's let the music speak, and us to be.
