About the experience

Join us for the 3'rd Sunday afternoon delight of well-being and togetherness in Lisbon. We’ll gather SUN 29.3, at the cozy “a-sala wellness hub” (right in front of the Parliament) from 1pm - 5pm for an afternoon of Yoga, "how to switch your kitchen to a home pharmacy" workshop, and a talk about meditation and how to bring it to everyday life. In the crew we have: Noam A yoga & meditation teacher since 2013, infused with years of Chi Gong practice, mindfulness, Zen Buddhism, sports & movement. Isabella A trained and certified naturopath, who also holds years of experience as an events organizer, restaurant & bar manager, seeker and a belly dancer teacher. Timetable: 13:00 Practical Tool of Meditation 14:00 Home Pharmacy workshop 15:00 Break 15:20 Hatha Yoga Full Spectrum 17:00 close Please bring your mat if you have one (if not there are plenty at the studio), comfortable & warm clothes, a bottle of water, and perhaps a thin fabric for cover. * Hatha Yoga is a traditional branch of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to prepare the body and mind for relaxation and meditation. It is the foundation of most modern yoga styles. * Home Pharmacy workshop How to use your cinnamon love as a healing aspect, same for ginger, curcuma, garlic, herbs - all the great stuff we have at home, now presented as therapeutic medicines. * Meditation is a mental practice in which one trains attention and awareness to calm the mind and develop clarity. A-sala wellness hub is a small studio which offers Yoga classes, Pilates, Tai Chi & space rentals for therapists & teachers.
